Our trumpets are crafted using traditional artisan techniques. The bells are hand-hammered, spun, ground, polished and finished to perfection. The leadpipes and triggers used in our instruments are manufactured in-house. Throughout the manufacturing process, we are able to accommodate individual preferences and requirements to meet each musician’s specific needs. Various materials are used in the production of our bells, including brass, gold brass and nickel silver. For jazz trumpets, leadpipes are made from gold brass due to its excellent corrosion resistance. Upon request, they can also be manufactured from brass or nickel silver. Our handcrafted concert trumpets come as standard with a third-valve slide trigger and a water key on the main tuning slide.
Additional custom features can be manufactured and fitted upon request, including: Overblow valves, a water key on the third-valve slide, high/low pitch adjustment mechanisms
For surface finishes, we offer silver plating, lacquer finishes and gold plating. Prices are available upon request following inspection and assessment.
